Microwave?

Used our practically brand new Snoozy for a camping trip to DS last weekend. DH stuck coffee in the microwave and heated it a few times before I could get to the a/c to shut it off (they share a fuse and shouldn't be used at the same time) No problems then, but the next morning the microwave wasn't working at all, though the a/c was.

The troubleshooting guide said to examine that the microwave was plugged in. I can't get it out to check. It's really shoehorned in there.

How do YOU ALL get something out that fits very very tightly in its space?

It's been back in storage since Wednesday- unplugged- and I intend to hook up the generator and check to see how it's doing tomorrow. Any suggestions about how to manipulate it out of its tiny space woud be appreciated.

Your Snoozy is new than ours so it may be different. Ours has a breaker for the AC/Fridge
and a separate one for the microwave. The microwave is held in by a wedge that is screwed in from above. Hope this helps.

Mitzi,
I have been in Snoozy's although I am not fully familiar with them. But I would seriously doubt that yours is substantially different from Charlie's. Before attempting to pull the microwave out, try turning all the breakers to the off position and then to the on position. Breakers that trip typically have to be turned all the way off, and then turned on. Your microwave probably has its own breaker like his does.

Having installed a new microwave in my stick built...it had a frame inserted into the cavity then I had to lift microwave up and in and plug it in with my third hand....then the face frame fo the microwave screwed into this anchor frame...look for tiny screws on face frame of microwave .
