Microwave/convection oven

Has anyone used a microwave/convection oven in convection mode in a 17' Casita? We will be buying a new microwave and are wondering if there are any issues to worry about concerning heat build up in the oven space if we buy a combo unit and use it in convection mode?

Have thought about it; could not find one that fit. We do use a toaster oven - we set it out on the cabinet lid, rather than inside the cabinet where the optional microwave would have gone. If hooked up, we use the toaster oven outside.
You could go the same route, and initially try it inside the cabinet. You'd want some airspace, and certainly don't get distracted while it's operating

I got one of those units for my friend for his birthday. But he has it on his boat. But I can tell you this, you will have to learn a whole new way of cooking and the timing of things will be not at all like a microwave or a regular convection oven. They are not a true convection oven, the timing is totally different. Watch some youtube videos showing how to cook in them before you buy one.

our trailer has a microwave.... but it also has a propane oven. we've used the propane oven a LOT, we've hardly never used the microwave as anything more than storage for a bag of chips so it doesn't get crushed.
