Moulding for 1987 13ft lil' Bigfoot

Hey all,

I just rebuilt the door on my 1987 13ft lil' Bigfoot. I replaced the rotten wood frame. I would like to put it back in place properly.

I was getting leaks on rainy windy days because the only moulding in the door was actually just a strip of foam insulation. How do I find the proper moulding when I don't have a sample?

I have pictures, but I'm not sure how to add them.

Thank you.
Joan

This thread explains photos in post #7.

Key is the paper clip icon. If you don’t see it when starting a reply, click “go advanced.”

After you select your photo(s) hit upload and wait for them to drop down into the list of attachments. It can take a while.

I noticed the link was broken. I think I fixed it. Make sure you’re using the paper clip, not the globe with chain link. It is tricky at first. This is a very old software platform, so it’s a bit clunky.

I would probably want a D-molding for the door seal, but the size depends on the gap. I believe Lil Bigfoot has a flat door, so there shouldn’t be a large gap, but there might be wider spots.

Thank you Jon for your help. I will try to tackle sending pictures on Monday. "Betty" does have a flat door.
