Haven't used my new rv since last April. My 3 burner stove (by Cramer) worked fine. Just turn the knob half way, ignite and hold down for 15-30 secs., and let go...worked everytime until now. Tried it today and only one burner will stay lit when letting go. A second burner worked only after holding down for over about 2 minutes. One burner just doesn't stay lit even when I hold it down for a few minutes. When I let go,,,pooof. What could be the problem?

sounds like air or dirt in the lines, or a check valve at the tank.
I would:
1) thurn off the gas at the tank.
2)Slowly disconnect the hose from the tank(in case it is pressurized)
3)re-connect the hose to the tank
4) very slowly open the propane valve on the tank (if it has a built in check valve(high flow preventer)
this will stop it from activating)
5) turn on one burner and light it, watch it for a few minutes and see if the flame looks ok . if it does,
then light the others one at a time.
6) if this doesn't work then look for spider webs etc in the burner tubes.

If you have air in the line, it can take a little while to get all your burners to full flame, but not more than 2-3 minutes each

30 Seconds may not be long enough time to heat the pilot properly. I was always told to hold down for a full minute. Try and see it that works. If not you might need to replace the pilot.

The only time you need to hold down the pilot is if you have a thermocouple (sic). Stoves are direct to gas with no thermocouple and no pilot. I would suggest you take apart the element on the stove and clean paying attention to where the gas ports in and the slits around the burner. If one element is lighting and the others are not is most likely is not air in the gas line.
