Hello, I would love to know where to find some new door hinges for my 1976 Surfside. Also any info on where to purchase awnings for them ? I am sure there will be many more questions after these, so please be patient with me! Great site with so much wonderful info, I will be reading the posts for many nights to come.

Hi Kathy

peterh and wife Lynn have a Surfside they're redoing. You may find their post about the Surfside hinges of benefit: Door hinge options - peterh's post

and this is the Lee Valley hinge referenced in the post: Heavy Die-Cast Hinges - Lee Valley

I used marine hinges on mine; sorry I don't have the reference right now, but if you have a look-see in marine catalogs, you'll find pretty much exactly the right ones. I'll check and see if I can find the ones I used.
Something like this: hinges
Stock hinges looked like this:

Thank you Donna, both of these references are very helpful.

Thanks Cam A, I think those are close to what was on mine, but the hole pattern looks a little different. I am sure I will have to fill them and paint them anyway, so it is definately an option.
