Need fridge parts or advice.

I have a Dometic RM211 in my 1977 Trillium 1300. The heating element has failed and the part has been discontinued. I am looking for one of two things:

I would be interested in buying a used element from a fridge someone has replaced or updated.

Or, if any have replaced a fridge in your Trillium 1300, what fridge did you use? Dometic recommends the RM2193. However, it is roughly 1 1/2 to 2" deeper than the RM211. Once fitted into the opening, I would not be able to open the lower storage cabinet below the front couch. Has anyone installed a different unit or brand?

A third alternative would be using a substitute heating element. So far I have found some that are 3/8" in diameter, but the original is 5/8" in diameter. The element must be a snug fit in order to transfer the heat properly.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
