New to me '89 17 foot Bigfoot

Newbie here,
I'm going through a Bigfoot I just purchased in Alberta, and was aware of one poly B fitting near the hot water that is leaking. Can I fix this with replacing the existing ring with a Shur-lok cinch ring or is the fit going to be slightly too much or too little. I don't think I have to go through a whole polybutylene to PEX changeover if I just have one problem fitting. I've read there are transition fittings, but all I have handy is the Shur-Lok stuff for clamping.

Thanks for any assistance,
Bob
