New to the Forum/Site

Hello All,
My missus and I recently picked-up a 1980 17' Boler. We are previous owners of a 1975 13'er and a 19' Biggar.
This latest rig is in very solid shape inside - all things functioning and looking good. The outside needs a little attention, though...
Any suggestions as to how to attack sloppy and crusty window/vent caulking? I see there is a product called Re Mov that is touted as a way to remove old caulking. Is anyone familiar with this product? How well did it work?
Any other suggestions as to how to go about cleaning-up the ole gal?

Hi! I've found goof off useful in removing just about everything on my trailer...

Anyone know if you can purchase 'Goof Off' in Canada? I've never seen it...

Either Canadian Tire or Home Depot should have it.

Thanks - will look for it.
Would a heatgun soften it up a bit? or is its use discouraged?

I have read that a heat gun will work and we are planning to try that. Our Boler has this horrible black tar-like stuff around the vents. My husband wants to try the heat gun on it and I believe there were some people on this forum that did just that. You would need to search for the information tho'.
