New Windows for 75 Boler

I'm renoing my 75 Boler and I would like to replace the windows. In your experience, can most auto glass places do this?
I like the Jalousie (sp?) windows, but I just can't get them shined up enough to look new, so I guess I will need to go with side windows that just slide...although I think the other windows give you more air?

Any suggestions?

Thx,
Bev

Hi Beverly. Did you see Ian G's videos on shining up his jalousies? WOWSER. It's work, don't kid yourself. But you also know you can't just replace radius sliders for the jalousies without filling in the square corners when you remove the jalousies with fiberglass. Right? That means even more work. I guess I'm just different. I find something doesn't need to look new to really enjoy it. Clean is good enough for me, as long as I'm not totally embarrassed by it.

Best of luck

Hello Bev, and thank you Donna

The Jalousie windows will polish to an incredible shine. It is not hard work but it does take some time and it is messy.
Most of the information is on my website, although it is a new site so I am still building it.
Here are the links directly to the site and the videos, hope it helps.
