Okay, I have an electrical problem

when I hook up the car to the Scamp and test the signal lights, the left works the emergency lights work, but the right signal light doesn't work.
I replaced the old fixture with a new one and put in a new bulb and I still have the same problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

Several possibilities. Most new problems come from bad grounds, so check that you have a good ground on each light. If you have a long wire, run it from the tow vehicle ground directly to each trailer tail light to confirm grounding.

One of these test lights makes it a lot easier to check for power to the trailer connector and then back to the trailer tail light fixtures.
