original counter and cabinet dimensions.

Hey everybody, always appreciate the advice. I have a 1975 Ventura travel trailer. The original cabinet that housed the cooktop, the sink, and fridge had been removed. I want to build a new one, does anybody know the original dimensions? Would help a ton, thanks Sonny.

I’m curious on this as well. Previous owner to mine kinda threw together messy version so building one from scratch.

Looks like we are in the same boat. I find of figured it out more or less based on nail holes and paint lines. I figure its 22x43.5. Approx 35" in height. Lets keep in touch. Sonny

Curious... since it seems you’re perhaps in the same restore mode...(?).. could you share image of what your outside grille vents look like? Trying to figure cabinet design inside and replacement grilles outside. Mine where half covered up with plywood.

I'd shop refrigerator options FIRST. You may need a deeper cabinet, or want to change the layout somewhat. Depth is dictated by refrigerator and furnace, if your furnace is located in the same area.

On my old Trillium, the shallow cabinet makes changing the furnace or refrigerator a problem.

Good to know. I’m starting from scratch inside. Ideally I’ll build cabinets to fit fridge in future (is or future owner). Not in budget or headspace currently!

Another question which which feels like silly one.. what’s behind the grilles? All this obsession over moisture prevention has me wondering. The one existing vent just hinges open straight into the camper.
