Two years ago I had some
fiberglass work done inside & outside of my
Uhaul. The person who did this work called me & told me he had painted the interior due to the amount of fiberglassing. I am now getting around to trying to make the
paint shine like the gelcoat used to shine. The
paint is either enamel or acrylic. I have been wetsanding the
paint with 2000 grit sandpaper & have buffed it with a good 3M rubbing compound from an autobody shop. Body shop & marine place both told me that after both wetsanding & compounding that it would shine. But it is still pretty dull. Is there anything I could apply that would give it the nice shine that the unpainted walls had. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
