Trailer: 19 ft Scamp 19 ft 5th Wheel Dlx / 2001 Ford Ranger 4x4

I am thinking if there is a possibility to have my trailer painted next spring my question is does all this trim lock have to come off when they do that?? I know I would have to order new decals from Scamp...

What does a person use to keep the trim nice and 'black' when wax gets on it, it seems impossible to get the black back? The cleaner for vinyl does ok.. for awhile..
