Painting our Boler 1300

This fall, my wife and I plan to paint our trailer using the roll and tip method. The lower half will be straight forward, but I was concerned about doing the upper half. This painting method stresses the fact that you must keep a wet edge when painting. The distance and accessibility of the top (roof) section would make that virtually impossible. Can't roll and tip roof and sides in one operation. Shall I do the roof "cap" section first then try to blend in the sides the best I can? Don't want to see a definition between sides and roof. Who else can relate their experience on this matter? Thanks, folks!

I did the roof first. Left the edge on the upper curve of my Trillium roof. Can hardly tell from the side. Especially in white.

Boler painting/roof

Yes, I see how that can work. I just went out in the garage and had another look from my step ladder. Should work. Who's gonna' be up on the roof checking anyway?! Lol! Thanks, Chris.
