Parkliner 2019 heater/AC not working

Atwood furnace (AFSD16111) and Dometic Penguin 11 A/C do not turn on.Propane tanks lights stove and runs fridge. Batteries are charged.
Trailer plugged into house using heavy wire that came with trailer.Power center works the lights ,microwave, radio, and charges batteries. Circuit breaker not tripped for A/C, fuse is good for furnace. Flipped reset button on furnace. Nothing, not even the red light on circuit board comes on. A/C does nothing. Replaced the capacitive touch thermostat. Made no difference. Got any info? Thanks

Heater and A/C fan work now. I have no idea why. To cold for A/C compressor to kick on. Plan B Little buddy heater and small electric space heater.

Today temp. outside 72F=22.2C Only the thermostat lights up and setting all work like before, but no heater or A/C. Seems things only work at cooler temperatures. ???

This problem turned out to be circuit board up in A/C unit under cowl. Part code/SKU 3313107.076. Product name Dometic Duo Therm 3313701.076 OEM S/Z Air Conditioner Control Board C/F. I ordered this from Panther RV Products
