Parts for Dometic Catalina 2500 Awning

Hello fellow fiberglass campers. I have a 2003 Scamp 19. Our awning was damaged in a storm while I was at work. My wife was at the campsite when the storm came through and she couldn't roll up the awning by herself. both rafter arms and one of the legs were damaged beyond use.

I'm having trouble finding parts. Any suggestions?

Insurance may cover the damage. Parts should be available from the manufacturer.

I have bought parts for my Dometic awning at the local RV sales and service place. They had what I needed right on the shelf.

We wrecked our awning on our 16 ft Scamp too last year. It is no longer manufactured and we were unable to locate any replacement parts for it. We removed it from the trailer. We did salvage the undamaged parts and later sold them off. BAD memories! SO wanted a do-over!

If it is just the metal tubing that is bent then that might be easy to replace from stock aluminum square tubing even if you have to drill a few holes or cut some slots in it. But if custom shaped fittings at the ends of the tube are damaged it will be much more difficult to repair.
