Perris Pacer frame question ?

I have a 1981 Perris Pacer that i'm sort of rebuildin. I'm having a problem locating all of the bolts that fasten the shell to the frame. So far I've only located 2 bolts under the front bunk bed (Please tell me that there are a few more Ha Ha )

Could someone that has done a frame off restoration please let me know how many and where the others are located

Thanks in advance

Look underneath at your frame to get an idea where the cross pieces are.
If is like mine, there are at least 8 bolts into the frame.

Please do remember, we LIKE pictures!!

I have search hi and low on the frame and still can only find 2 bolts....I know weird....since the rest of the unit is in good condition....is it possible the bolts only go half way thru the hollow channels with a nut inside the channel...Just thinking

No, the bolts don't go all the way thru the frame, so pull up your floor covering and you should find the bolts.

More tomorrow.

Alan, have you found the other bolts yet??

To answer your other questions, don't know the tire stuff...Tillie is longer allowed to reside in front of the house, so I'll try to get over there some time this week.

About the dinette...the PO cut up the front bench to put in an a/c. They left either side as seats, but in the process had used 4x4's, parcel board and other junk. I pulled all of it out and built new bench seats. I'll try to remember to get some pics also this week.

Hope you have great fun with your PP, there are several other members here with PPs, I'm sure they'll give you a shout out too!

Vicki A.
p.s. Don't get confused, there is Vicki A. and Vicki B. with Pacers.
Mine is Tillie hers is Bean

PP Frame Screws

My 1984 PP appears to have 9 philips head screws through the bottom into the frame. 6 are under the front bench 3 into each side of the A frame. Under the rear benches there is 1 on the water tank side and 2 under the other side. I haven's removed them yet to see if that is all.
