Re-coating Zep

After two summers my lovely Zep finish is still lovely but starting to dull in places. No sign of yellowing. For you old hands, can I just burnish it or maybe rub it down with Barkeepers' Friend and put on a top coat, or must I strip it all and re-do it?

assuming you are happy with the color after cleaning thoroughly then by all means recoat. Just this last weekend I cleaned my UHaul. To remove some stubborn staining I scrubbed the top with bar keepers friend and a nylon pot scrubber, Picture 2 shows the dull finish after a thorough rinse and dry. Picture 1 is after the addition of 2 coats of high traffic Zep to the same area and picture 3 is the trailer

For me cleaning and recoat the top bought me another year then I decided to strip it and start over. When stripping it use hot water with the stripper it makes a big difference on how much effort it takes to remove it.
