Recreational Vehicle Institute ?

Hello All,
I have an Amerigo F-16 and have not yet found a VIN on the frame.
Anyone know where they stamped it if at all mine is really rusty!

I do have a badge riveted to the side of the camper it is aluminum or zinc.
It is a vertical ellipse around the outside it says
ELECRICAL - PLUMBING - HEATING MEMBER R.V.
Then it has inside
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE INSTITUTE
with a box and some numbers stamped inside with the word registered underneath

Anyone familiar with this registration data?
