Refrig Burner Gas Fitting

Anyone know what the size/description of the fitting the propane line mates to at the burner assembly? Dometic RM-2453 Refrigerator.
I'm installing a propane filter at the location where the propane inlet line joins the burner assembly. I get small black particles clogging the #43 jet.
Have tried to find the source of the particles for a year with no success. Have the filter with 1/4 NPT but having a problem find the proper fittings to transition to the propane line and burner assembly.

Take the trailer to someone that deals with propane and let them find the problem. Don't mess with something as dangerous as propane if you don't know what to do. Fix the problem. Don't put a band aid on it. Your line or tank has a problem so find it. It could be the rubber line is corroding inside and it would start leaking eventually. I had one on a trailer I'd bought a few months before and had never used yet that burst while it was in the shop getting the fridge replaced. If we'd been using it we could've had a fire or worse.

Sorry I don’t have that model but can tell you that some Dometic fittings are metric. When I’m working on a fitting that has a flared line going through it, I like a wrench that encircles the fitting and has one section out of 6 open for the line. You won’t slip off and bang the line. With that many points of contact. We always used them on steel brake lines and steel fuel lines “back in the day”. I would definitely advise against using an adjustable angle wrench ( crescent or like brand) on this kind of job. YMMV

Thanks for the info and suggestions. Bought propane at various places. Changed tanks when this started but particles could have already been in system. Located all the fittings and have filter. Communicated with someone with similar problem and he did exactly what I plan.

They're called "tubing" wrenches. I have two sets: imperial and metric, and wouldn't be without them.

Already removed all and installed a filter. Fitting is a 3/16 SAE 45 degree. All is good after 300 miles on the road. Fitting is not metric on mine.
