I can't speak for the mfgr's but I think they are busy. I was supposed to get my
Trillium in Sep and got it in Dec. A person I know was supposed to get their
Escape in Sep and had to wait until Feb. Customer service is not their strong point, but then they are trying to do more and more with less and less and are now approaching doing everything with nothing...
A little hint: When talking to 'someone' over the phone, be sure to get their name and extension so you have a point of reference when calling again.
