I live in Alcoa and I'm looking for recommendations for a shop in the Knoxville area. Wheel bearings and brakes this trip.

i can't offer any specific repair sources but, for wheel bearings & brakes you might want to look for a boat repair/maintenance shop in your area. tons of boat trailers have dexter axles and those shops are familiar with them... good luck!

Any utility trailer shop can do the repairs. Utility trailers generally use dexter brakes, bearings, axles, etc. All the same parts.
