When I reworked out
Scamp the tape was discolored and some missing and falling off.
When I redid the interior we primed and painted the Ensolite and before It
painting I used a good grade of caulk to fill the seams and before it cured I took a damp sponge and used it to press, smear, and generally make the surface look like the finish on the ensolite.
After
painting it blended in pretty well
You can barely see the seams in th epicture.
More noticeable is where the old cabinets compressed the Ensolite.
But I didn't and haven't worried about the lack of perfection so if you don't you can be happy too.
