Replacing wall carpeting in Scamp

I recently purchased a 1988 Scamp to restore and the previous owner removed all the wall and ceiling tile. I would like to hear tips and what other owners have done i.e. stick on tiles, stick on cork board, etc. Any and ALL ideas appreciated.
