Roadside Assistance program information

I am looking for any recent feedback, good or bad, for the following Roadside Assistance programs:

Escapees
Coach-net

I am in the research stage and would appreciate only feedback from the last couple of years. I've noticed recent reviews on some providers I've looked at were horrible whereas their earlier reviews were good. I've had that experience on other things where they start out great and then the company contracts with a third party and the customer service goes downhill.

I think they all rely pretty heavily on contracts with local/regional providers, so the quality of the actual service is going to depend heavily on luck of the draw there. I'd evaluate more on their willingness to send somebody and pay than anything else.
