Rotting Floor On 2001 Casita 17 SD

We just bought a 2001 17' Casita. The floor was soft and I know what is happening. We redid floor on Surveyor Hybrid last fall.
But just because I know what is happening I dont know where to start. Am assuming full floor job but I know I have to find leak source..my guess will be shower area.
I need to know how to remove floor, I have visited some sites to get an idea. I know not to cut any rivets or anything holding trailer to frame...
but is there anything specific about the the 2001 that needs special attention, and does this model have leak issues in general.
Any upgrades I need to do to the plumbing while I have it down..I am only 2 1\2 hrs from Little House Customs..We are fall and winter campers since I am an ag consultant, so will have the spring and summer to work on it.
