Running New Gas/Electrical Lines

In my 1980 Scamp I want to run Gas/12V/and 110 into my "closet". Since everything is on the "driver" side of the trailer and the closet is on the opposite side, I need to know the best way to do this.

Eventually I want to put an AC in there, an outdoor light (with 12V wiring coming through the closet) and a LP heater mounted in the fiberglass in front of the wheelwell.

What is the best way to "route" this wiring?

Under the trailer is what I have done on other trailers, with the 110 and 12V wrapped around the axle, but I am always worried about damage and shorting to the wires.

Maybe build a fake floor in front of the step up, and run everything through there.

Has any body done this?

Input? Feedback? Good stories? bad stories? <_<

thanks!!!!

Jim if you take a look at the Scamp online manual you can download it has an electrical and water plan that shows how they run everything. On mine I have a gas hot water tank on the passenger side & stove on the drivers side so the gas line runs with all the wiring and water (which is also on both sides of the trailer) around inside at the bottom of the walls of the trailer from one side to the other and buried behind all the hatches and at the point under the rear table between the two rear hatches its simple covered with rat fur.
