Rusted hardware Scamp 13

Hi everyone, I cant find any replacement hardware that holds the rock-guard in place. I have found quite a few parts from the scamp website but not these parts. Does anybody know where I can get these parts and, preferably in stainless steel? My trailer originally lived by the ocean so most of the hardware is badly corroded and I am planning on replacing all of it eventually.

They are bulky and plated so I expect them to rust out as well. I recently found some stainless hardware that covers the bottom pieces for about the same price, was looking out for something to use on the top. I may end up shaping some stainless myself.
When I find the source again, I'll post it.

The latch is a draw clamp latch. If you're interested in very similar to what Scamp uses, but want stainless steel: 20-1658: Light duty rigid fastener/Tension latch with overcentre action/Quick release toggle latch
