Saggy door solved?

Think I may have discovered the root problem of my sagging door (Scamp 13). But I need suggestions for a fix.
I noticed the Scamp's shell is separating from the body where the lower hinge door jamb meets the front bunk.
My plan is to take the door off and somehow re fasten the joint. Probably by glassing or gluing a wood block under the bottom bunk. However I can't see any way to clamp the shell and the bunk.
I'm open to suggestions

Photos show general area, but not the hinge itself.
