Scamp 19 bed floor rot, maybe into corner of bathroom

I have a 97 scamp 19 deluxe. I think it was the window that was leaking, removed and resealed and replaced. I started digging up the soft parts of the plywood floor and found evidence of previous repair (I vaguely remember guy who sold it saying he thought he needed to reseal window but learned it was the weep holes but did not mention he had repaired floor). So I think it had been leaking for awhile without me knowing. I’ve had it for two years. I found damage extending from the corner of the bed into the bathroom I think, and unsure how to proceed. I was just planning to get out the soft wood and let the area dry and replace it with mas epoxy and wood shavings mixed together. And maybe drill small holes in the still ok surrounding wood and put wood hardener. But now I’m not sure if that’s my best plan still. Trying to attach some images.

I completed a similar repair on our Lil Bigfoot. Removed the unsound wood. Using a vibratory cutter trimmed back to approximately 1 inch in front of the cabinet faces. Patched the hole using a piece of pretreated plywood then placed a new piece of good one side 3/8 plywood as a subfloor bridging the seams of the patch which provided an even surface to add flooring. Had some concerns about adding weight with the subfloor so I “Googled” the weight of a 3/8 sheet of plywood and calculated the area resulting in only adding 18-20 lbs.
