Scamp VIN No.

Can anyone decode this VIN NO.? E010134

The title says it is a 1980, but I wanted to make sure. I understand Scamp went to 17 digits about 1982. (I'm sure this is the correct number off of the Tongue surface.)

I left the above eventhough I realized it was possibly of little help,but....
I'm guessing [from some experience]
E= EVELAND [Scamp's manufacturer]
O= 1980
10= maybe the month but i'm now purely guessing, or could be layout.
13= probably the length
4= maybe the layout, maybe trim level.
consider this to be speculation only but something to play with until you get better info.

I'm hoping to get a reply to my email to Scamp. I definitely have a 16'er, but some of your guesswork may be right. BTW, the German web page is no longer available (from what little I can recall from my high school German class) Thanks, Floyd.
