Screw length for installing Cargo Tie Down Points?

I purchased some anchor/cargo tie down points to install inside my 2004 Bigfoot 17CB. I had a similar setup in a previous trailer that worked great. These didn't come with any screws and wondering what length screws are recommended? Assume there is a wood subfloor before the fiberglass?
Thanks
Eric
