Sealing air gaps around the fridge vent area

My Scamp is a 2011 13ft, deluxe with oak. The last time I was out I noticed a lot of cold air coming into the cabinet area around my refrigerator. I happened to be parked with that side of the Scamp toward the strong north wind and it was about 25 degrees. When opening the silverware drawer over the refrigerator you could actually feel the cold air blowing in. When I got back to the shop with some time I decided to find the leak and do some sealing and insulating. Here is what I found when i pulled the refrigerator.

You can see the large gap between the cabinet floor and the side wall next to the bathroom and the oversized hole where the pipes go into wall for the shower. I'm confident this is how the north wind was finding its way into the camper.

sealing it up

I used fire stop expanding foam to seal the large hole around the pipes and a small board and caulk to seal the gap along the floor. Then I added rubber gaskets along the sides of the opening to seal the sides of the opening around the refrigerator.

Adding insulation while the fridge is out

I've been wanting to add insulation around the refrigerator so before putting it back in I added 2" foam board on each side and 1-1/2" foam on the top. You can see the rubber gasket in this first photo as well.

Now I'm waiting for another cold night to test it out. So far it looks like it will be a lot more airtight.
