I need to send a small deposit on a trailer I'm considering and would like to know which is the better service: PayPal or Western Union.

I need to have a method that both I and the seller know when the money has been sent, so we both know the deal is good.

I have had good results with PayPal.

Western Union seems to be the scammer's choice, and is getting a bad reputation...

Thanks guys -- I just got back from Western Union and came to the same conclusion -- PayPal is the one I'll be using.
