Shower??

Does anyone have one or know if they are worthwhile? I saw it on E.Bay just a small submergible pump with hose and shower head
has foot operated switch and was about $30.usd. We have a solar bag which I augment with hot water but finding spot for hanging is not easy from a gravity standpoint as it becomes heavy to lift high.
Any ideas please?

You could also make your own with a 5 gallon bucket, an XMart bilge pump, some alligator clips and a foot switch. Cost would depend on components.

pump

That shower looked good to me. too bad they only have one. I'm stll trying to deside of I need a pump in the trailer or not. This would be a good alternitive. I don't know if this shower thing works of not, but the concept is great.

The bath tub thing is what we do too P.C.Don, and some good laughs we've had too !Our modus operandi is that we wash hair with kettle which ends up in large rubbermaid storage container (for tarps) double duty rule! Next add hot water, wash down sit in tub.
Lots of giggling ,then into a lovely cosy bed. <img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3dd426a2cfccb_tweetynightcap.jpg/>

My husband has advanced stenosis of spine so this option is becoming too much for him and me pulling him out of the tub! hence the laughter. So the shower is just the ticket .It can also be used in lake or river.Jana they may have had more than one ,but I'll wait til I can get it in Canadian tire so it can be returned.

Pete how big is a bilge pump, is hose attached? and what is xmart?
we had one once that was huge.

euw?? your right to be careful. I just checked again, and they are a new seller. never bought from a newbie. Corse they are only wanting 15 for a now buy. well and plus freight. that freight amount will killya sometimes. If I find some, I come tell you and I can be the go between. I buy stuff from e-bay all the time.
The bucket is 12x11.5 don't know what that will carry, it' didn't say. got it from 'Cheaper Than Dirt' that's the real name, funny isn't it? :yep

Old Dirt

Na, Pippa. George is the oldest living Casita owner.

It's Morgan that's old as dirt. (Or so he said. I did a Search on the word, Dirt, to verify this.) :hap2
