Shower head unit in Scamp?

Is this all one unit? Mine did not have the shower hose/sprayer when I bought it. Looking at the scamp parts I have to buy faucets and hose together?

If you have the shower taps with the hose attachment point already in the trailer (its mounted behind the toilet) you can buy a hose and shower head from a rv store. Otherwise you will need to buy the taps anyways so why not buy together from Scamp?

My deluxe 5th wheel came from factory with attachment for shower hose on the bathroom faucets. We did not get the hose/shower head from the owner. I want to replace that part but scamp shows you have to buy the faucet and shower hose,head as a unit.
