shower problems scamp 19

Water splashes out of my shower when moving. Is there suppose to be a check valve or something to prevent this?

Appears to come from the drain and collect in the pan

Our Scamp did the same thing until I got a rubber stopper for the drain. Our Airstream was provided, from the factory, with a stopper to prevent the issue.

You don't need anything as complex as a valve. Escape has a stopper that screws into the drain. The water in the P-trap is sloshing around during travel.

All you need is a drain plug.

As others have mentioned, a drain plug would work. I don't have a Scamp but if I remember correctly, there is a water pump switch to push the water from the shower pan to the grey tank because the tank is higher than the pan for drainage. Might be that the plug is also needed even with the plug. Wonder if a straight line HepVo valve would fix that.

Scamp uses a screw=in plug like the one shown below.
Also you might check the grey water filter under the trailer and keep it clean so the pump can do its job more efficiently.

We have one of the older 19 footers. We had to retrofit the pump and filter to the shower to solve the problem.

Shower drain valve

My 2006 Casita has a push-pull valve handle that you can operate from the outside front, between the drain and the P-trap. In my case it's a little hard to get at the valve, so take a good look for one on your Scamp. If there is no valve, I agree with the others that getting a good drain plug would be the easiest way to go.
The only problem with the outside valve is if you forget to open it before you start taking a shower, you'll be filling up your shower pan!
