Common with Noobies. Every area of life has it's own lingo. Once you start reading you'll find other phrases that have not been suggested yet.
Jack up the trailer using the frame about where the body is straight on all 4 corners. You want it to be high enough to allow the wheel to clear the body when you pull out the frame.
Support the body by any of or combination of the following:
Belly band, the floor front or rear or body edges front and rear. The ones posted that seemed the easiest made jigs to support the belly band or used a hoist from above. They did not have to move things around when the frame was pulled out.
If you empty your trailer 4-6 larger people can actually lift the body up once you have removed all the bolts, screws and other things, then someone pulls the frame out.
