Not sure if this question has already been asked or not? iam a newbie and apologize if it has. The door on our 1973 trillium leans to one side. it still closes and locks properly, but the top left corner rubs.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

On my previous trillium the hinges had come a little loose, particularly the top one. The screws are loose withing the wood used in the door frame. I removed the door and hinges and got some pieces/slivers of wood made before mixing up some epoxy. slather the epoxy on the wood before jamming as much as you can into the old screw holes, even tapping with a hammer. Once almost setup, cut off the wood that extends beyond the fiberglass surface and sand or file flush. You can do the same with the door if required and then remount the door. Worked very well for me!

Cheers!

Glen
