Do it. I had a Scamp 13, pulled it with an Element for a few years before adding brakes. It was a pain getting the brakes and the wiring in the vehicle straightened out, but I am glad I did it. The ability to slow and stop was very noticeably improved and I had the emergency breakaway switch now too. Do it!
