Surfside - Door does't fit at the bottom

Hi all, I have a Surfside that I've been working on restoring. I'm trying to make the door fit properly, no matter what we have tried it seems like there is a gap at the bottom where rodents and bugs can enter. Does anyone of my fellow Surfside owners have or had this issues and have you been able to find a fix for it?

I too have this issue- my door has shifted down though (hunges have dropped about 1/4" I am following your post for am interested in solutions
