Surfside door gasket replacement ideas

Hello

I am having my Surfside painted. The previous owner has painted over the door gasket more than once. Is it possible to replace this gasket with another gasket that’s available?

Any ideas on where I would purchase something new would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the gasket around the door opening or around the door itself? If it is the round gasket around the door,( has a slit that fits the door edge), we went to the wrecker and got the large door gasket off a minivan at the suggestion of another poster and will be cutting it to fit. Price was right. FREE. They couldn't be bothered to price it or ring it up!
