Oh! Thank you so much for the video! I'm sure now that our windows are different. I pulled one of the lower ones and took some various angle pics. No tab anywhere.

The sides where the screws go is also different

Yup That's different.. What the heck is holding the pane in ?

in one of the sideways pics above, you can see like a step pattern where the gasket lies. That upper lip part sits beyond the hinge where the screws are.

I'm in the same boat with my Trillium, I was doing the same work this summer, I could get the bottom two panes out, but not the top one. it would keep getting stuck because the frame at the top was too close to move the window enough to remove it.

If I remember correctly, with a lot of frustration I did get one of the side top panels out, but I think that is because they are longer and had more room to work, but the back windows, no way.

I'm glad? sad? it's not just me lol. I was able to renovate my entire camper, learn electrical work, fiberglass work, ect, but taking a window out?? apparently not. lol

My '75 Surfside has knock-off Jalousie. Can tell as they dont have a date stamp like the Hehr's and the seals are slightly different

Can I ask where to get replacement gaskets? I have been meaning to post -- the jalousie window in the door of my 1980 Scamp 13 needs a new rubber gasket above the top window pane -- it is dried out and broken. What do you call that part and where can I buy it? Do you need a photo?

Vintage Trailer Gaskets or Vintage Trailer Supply

I used VTG with great results but it seems more common to use VTS with similar great results. I chose VTG based on availability of product mostly

Can I ask what the part is called? What would I look for? I've not been able to find anything that I think looks like the gasket I need....

j seal/top seal

this is the one i have for my 4901 windows. hope you have better luck taking the top one out, which i'm like 99% sure has to be removed to swap the top seal, because i can't just slide out my old cracked ones.
