Trailer storage place North/Northwest/Northeast of Washington DC?

Can you recommend a trailer storage place North/Northwest/Northeast of Washington DC?

We live in Alexandria VA, just across the river from Washington, D.C., and cannot store our trailer at our house. As most of our trips will find us heading north/northwest/northeast (NOT south on the I-95), we are hoping to find a trailer storage place in those general directions, within an hour of Alexandria.
Ideally, it would have a locking, coded entry and 23-hour access.

We had good luck with Public Storage for keeping our 28’ trailer in the Chicago area. Perhaps you could check into those in your locale.

We live in California and store our trailer in a storage area too, one hour from our home. The RVs are fenced in and locked in a "security pen" within the larger storage area that houses "lockers". The front gate is accessible 24/7 to all locker renters but the RV pen is only available when there is an attendant onsite, generally the hours of 9-12 and 1:30 to 6pm. It's a bit tricky to work around these hours but so worth it for the extra security. The company is not a chain.

I suggest you put up your notice on your NextDoor or other local social media account. You may be surprised to find your neighbors will have some creative solutions.
