Trillium 1300 Jalousie Window Repair

We need to repair our front window, which has 6 jalousie opening panes (manufacturer Hehr, Series 4900).

We're looking for two hinge brackets (left & right) which allow the window panes to open. The part # embossed on the hinge bracket "A - 8 6693 NYC 2"

This part appears impossible to obtain. Any ideas?
