Trillium 1300 - mystery lump

Another new owner question here. There is a solid rectangle under the Ensolite to the front of the stove area. Nothing showing on the outside of the camper. Any ideas what this might be?
I thought it might be related to the bunk, but it’s too high on the wall to be bunk-related. Thanks.

It’s for a safety railing on the top bunk.
