Trillium 4500 Door Gasket Sytem ???'s

Hello- No offense meant but: Please do not respond if you have not done this work and know the type of gaskets we need for the door opening or any components to the door sealing system and where you sourced those. Our door is not sagging so do not need help there. I searched "Trillium Door Gasket" and nothing came up except for tons of posts about everything else that does not pertain to the search.

We could concoct our own system but prefer to know what the original was- size of gasket, etc.- Much thanks in advance.

Contacted Trillium In Alberta and Found Door Opening Seal

Hello- I did not see this part on their website so I assumed it was not available, hence posting the question here.

Reached out to them and found out they do indeed have the part and here is the cost for anyone else looking to replace except your shipping will be different depending on location.

Cost of product: $169.00. Trillium door seal (This is 5x's the cost of any door gasket/seal material we shopped -possibly it's the customization part?

$57.00 Expedited shipping to the USA Seattle Metro PNW
$224.00. Grand total for what would have been a $30.00-$50.00 solution for most other RVS. Fortunately not too many parts on our Trillium have been this customized. We knew going in that the doors on these vintage trailers are common issue.

Shangie, Please post pictures of the cross section of the bulb seal for the door frame that you receive.

I assume that your dealing with Tom Young (https://trilliumrv.wordpress.com). Though I see that he is selling the bulb seal for $73.50 USD. I have purchased a rear escape window from Tom at $300 CAD, ($219 USD). I felt like I over paid, but where else do you get one of those? I ended up selling it to Jim Bennett for the same price when his daughters trailer got vandalized. Actually, I may have paid $300 USD and sold for $300 CDN. I'm not much of a business man.

I purchased 25' of bulb seal from Princess Auto, in Canada:

https://www.princessauto.com/en/5-8-...t/PA0008948788
https://www.princessauto.com/en/3-8-...t/PA0008948838

It was on sale at the time for ~$10 CDN, (~$7.30 USD). I have not needed it yet, but I suspect that it would work. I might need some flat foam tape on the door as well. We will see.
