Trillium Grey water problem

Hello Friends, last season my grey water tank filled and when I winterized my Trillium 5500 I capped the overflow so no critters could enter. This season all grey water flows out the overflow. Wondering if I created an air lock or what the problem could be?? Any advice or experience of others would be appreciated
Thanks Wenda

Red face Grey water overflow

I don't have a 5500. I have a 1300.
Thinking of your problem: Did you drain the grey water tank?
Did the tank sit a while before you drained it?
There is a scum that can dry and become hard on the top of grey water.
Maybe a block formed in the plumbing from this scum drying.
Just a thought.

Sounds like step one is to pull the drain valve. Something is plugged for sure.

Trillium grey water problem

Hi, Yes I emptied my grey tank everytime I camped but just purchased it last summer so don't know previous owners habits. Will flush it and see what happens. Thanks for the response. Hope it helps!
