A post that I read yesterday made me consider adding back in the cabinet supports (I am assuming that they were removed by the PO). I know that I have a door crack that suggests one of many possible problems (bent frame,
fiberglass tearing away from seat, sagging body, etc...).
In short, what length of support would I need to place between the counter top and the cabinet? I would rather avoid making a body template and jacking up the cabinet until its all uniform, since there are many other factors affecting the shape of the body. I would rather know the proper support length, add it, and then tackle other problems from that point.
Or, if I could get a couple of measurements. What is the distance from top of counter to bottom of cabinet and/or top of floor to bottom of cabinet? The reason I ask this is that my counter top has been replaced, and I don't know if it is the same depth as the original.
Oh the joys of
Scamp renovation!
