Vent Cover

I have a 1970 Burro.....hail last week broke the vent cover....I have it measured at 15" x 15" with a long metal pin holding it on vent. Does anyone know where I could possibly find a replacement?? Everything I find is 14 x 14"..... Any help will be appreciated. Mary

Not all parts of a vent are literally 14"x 14"

The 14" x 14" refers to the hole cut in the roof. Part of the vent slips into that hole and is actually smaller, the cover has to extend over the edges of the whole assembly so it must be larger. Trust me, a cover "rated" for a 14" x 14" vent will fit. The vent hole is 14" x 14" but the cover is not.

Welcome. Before you order do your research. I think there are three styles of hinges for the vent covers. You need to know which type of hinge (MFG) you have before you order a new cover.
Eddie
This site shows the Mfg. hinge styles, but I have seen better examples of the hinge styles.
